Shipping costs

At NAILS FACTORY we understand the term "shipping costs" to mean the costs for postage, packaging and logistics. This includes the transaction fees associated with individual payment types. All shipping costs include applicable VAT. We are happy to deliver to the countries listed below. Please refer to the following table for the shipping costs to the relevant country.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, orders within Germany are usually delivered within 1 - 3 working days after receipt of payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are forwarded to our logistics centre for immediate processing. Orders for destinations outside Germany are usually delivered within 5 - 7 working days. Longer delivery times may apply for deliveries to islands, e.g. Cyprus. The delivery time for the payment types bank transfer or prepayment commences after your payment was received. Please note that deliveries are made on Sundays or bank holidays.

We will inform you immediately of any delays in delivery or shipping.

Logistics partner

DHL is our logistics partner for deliveries in Germany and abroad. DHL offers a delivery tracking service on their homepage. You will need the tracking number from your order confirmation email to track the status of your shipment.

The following payment types are available for deliveries in Germany

Advance payment

no additional fees
Your order will be dispatched as soon as NAILS & BEAUTY FACTORY registers the receipt of your payment.

Credit card payment

no additional fees
NAILS & BEAUTY FACTORY accepts VISA, Verified by VISA and MasterCard. The credit card details you enter during the order process are captured and stored by our financial service provider HSO GmbH. These details are forwarded directly and exclusively to the credit card company involved in the payment process.
NAILS & BEAUTY FACTORY does not store your credit card information.

Pay with PayPal

no additional fees
Your bank or credit card details are stored by PayPal. That is why you are not asked for these details every time you make an online purchase, which makes PayPal a very secure payment process. You can pay with just two clicks and save yourself a lot of time and effort.

Payment by Sofortüberweisung (instant transfer)

no additional fees
NAILS & BEAUTY FACTORY receives immediate confirmation once your payment is completed. Your order is then directly prepared for shipping and handed over to our parcel service.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) incurs an additional surcharge of €2.50 per order.
When paying Cash on Delivery, you pay the invoice amount directly to the delivery person when you receive your order.
Please note that if you pay COD, an additional delivery surcharge of up to €2.00 may be incurred.
